Special Events

Yerba Buena Arts & Events manages the rentals of outdoor venues of Yerba Buena Gardens. All proceeds from private rentals benefit the free programming of the Yerba Buena Gardens Festival. The experienced Festival staff can assist in recommending caterers, tenting companies, and performers to ensure the success of your event.

The Gardens is ideal for:

  • promotional marketing
  • photo/film shoots
  • company picnics
  • receptions
  • weddings
  • conference lunch services

Please download and fill out a Special Event application form and/or contact our office at 415-543-1718 to discuss your event plans. Venue rules and regulations are included in the application form. A minimum of 30 days is required to process a special event permit.
